Origins
Safaris began life as East African Ornithological
Safaris back in the 1960’s –
we are the original birding safari company
in East Africa; founder Don Turner wrote
the definitive Guide: ‘Birds of
Kenya and Northern Tanzania’.
As well as our specialist birding programs
most of our wildlife safari programs,
can also be led by one of our specialist
ornithologist guides, make fantastic
bird viewing.
